Prior to forming Tradition Homes, Steve developed large master-planned communities for Pritzker Realty Group (the real estate arm of Chicago’s entrepreneurial Pritzker family), and was a partner and President of Sudler & Co., a large Chicago based residential development, management and brokerage company. His educational background includes a degree in finance from the University of Southern California and a juris doctor degree from DePaul University.
Steve has devoted a great deal of time to the homebuilding industry, being a past president of the Lake County (IL) Homebuilders Association and serving several terms as a member of the Board of Directors of the Homebuilders Association of Greater Chicago, both of which are part of the National Association of Homebuilders.
But, more important to you, the prospective client of Tradition Homes, is that Steve is passionate about custom homebuilding and client service. He is dedicated to keeping up with the latest innovations and advances in building components, processes and technology. He will patiently guide you through the entire process and will be happy to answer all of your questions. And, he is committed to helping you design a home and floor plan that work for the way you live and include features that will make you and your family comfortable, safe and secure.
